    Viking Auto Transport is potentially the WORST company I EVER dealt with. I awarded them the job of transporting my vehicle as they provided me with the lowest quote from all auto transporters. Tony, who appears to be the only individual working in this company, promised to have my vehicle picked up within one week as my transportation needs were urgent. After waiting two weeks, I asked him to cancel the job and refund the 150 dollars I deposited. He promised me the refund would be processed within 5 days, on January 10. It is February 10 and I have yet to see my refund. He continues to make promises that I will receive my refund and has not issued my refund. This company is an absolute spam and if anyone searches them up on the web, can see the harsh reviews that this company has. They underbid their competitors but as a result cannot fulfill the jobs as they cant find drivers to work for such low costs. They make open promises on which they dont deliver and they do not refund the money they promise to refund. Tony from Viking Auto Transport also had the nerve to write me in an email, please do not contact us anymore…after they stole my 150 dollars which they will not refund. This company should not be allowed to have a business license.

    My experience with Viking Auto was the same as mentioned above. Never did anything. Says he refered my refund to the accounting department. Never heard from them, I don’t beleive there is an accounting dept. Tony, from Viking Auto Transport Is a THIEF. Withthe worst service that is no service.

After giving me a 2 day window to pick up the car, the guys didn’t show up even on 3rd business day, and furthermore, even at that point this guy Tony was not apologetic, and said nothing is guaranteed. I cancelled my order, and in the last 2 months I have sent them numerous reminders for the refund of my $110 advance, and each time Tony says he has notified the accounting department. As if they are a multi-billion $ conglomerate which has 1,000s of people and 100’s of department.

    I have filed a complaint with BBB, and still waiting for a resolution.

    All their claims in other reviews that they don’t run away with money are FALSE, they are really in the business of stealing money. DO NOT fall for their competitive rates, you won’t get them, and they would just hope at some point you will stop chasing them for the refund of your advance.
