We shipped two vehicles together, this was our first time we shipped any vehicle.

I am writing this review because this company deserve the attention.

I was very happy with Professional Moving Solutions – from the timeliness of the first phone call, to the time and location of pick-up, to the inspection of the vehicles and care in loading, to the way the driver, interacted and put my concerns at ease. One day before arrival and right on schedule, the driver called me, and arranged a convenient drop off location. He arrived on time and helped with the receiving inspection. The cars were exactly as shipped.

I would have paid more for this type of service, both in quality and friendliness. For someone who needs or wants a little extra care and attention to ease concerns, they delivered.

If you’re looking for a company that will treat you and your vehicle like a superstar, then this is the company for you, From the first phone call to picking my car up and driving it away from the pier at the destination, this company and Kathy made me feel as if i had my own “people”.

The great people at the drop off and pick up points were also top notch, and very friendly & helpful. Shipping a car with this company couldn’t be any easier. Pick up the phone, tell them what you want to do, then forget about it. Honestly. That easy. You will get a tracking number so you can see where your car is at any time. At the destinationm, a friendly phone call and e-mail. How could you ship with anyone else?
