    I needed to ship my vehicle from my home in FL to my home in MA. A lot of auto shipping brokers called me once I put my information in the web. It was a bit overwhelming. Jessica from UFA called me and explained the business to me and how the pricing worked. She then emailed me a list of reviews about herself and her company. I was very impressed with the follow up I received from her. After doing some research on a few other companies, I felt that UFA offered the most. I had a great experience. No complaints whatsoever. I received fast and reliable service at a low price. I would definitely recommend UFA to anyone that needs their vehicle shipped.

    Sales rep sold me a pick of service of a car I purchase based on a exact certain day and a set fee and a deposit where by if pick up was not performed that my deposit will be refunded in full.
    I have emails and documents that prove the same fact how ever UFA:
    -Charged my card $180 as deposit to pace order.
    -Never picked up my car or communicated other arrangements
    -UFA is not issuing refund credit on the deposit though they never performed.
    - They caused me inconvenience and additional expenses due to a promises they never delivered
    - I see this behavior as a habit to many other clients can be found all over the net which I also have it documented.

    This company is very reliable. I have had to ship vehicles across country many times and I am was glad when I started using UFA. I have also recommended them many times to my clients. The staff has ALWAYS been courteous, efficient and accommodating

    I just wanted to say thank you to the people that work at United Freight. Especially Carolina who took so much time to get everything arranged. Sometimes it seems difficult to find people that know what their doing. United Freight isn’t one of them. My delivery was prompt, the driver kept us informed, and customer service was always accessible. Excellent company.

    Fast service, I couldn’t been more satisfied. It was picked up on the day promised, and delivered on the day promised. The driver that was sent was polite and very professional. The cost of shipping from New Jersey to Ohio was right on the mark.

    It was an outstanding experience.

    My shipping with United Freight Of America was excellent. With no upfront deposits I didn’t have to worry about getting ripped off. They found a driver for me quickly. Very help customer service as well.

    I couldn’t discourage you more from NEVER using United Freight of America for an auto transport. After much hassle, UFA hired the worst company imaginable, Global Business Management Corp, to take two of my cars across country. They were delayed several weeks. Over $2,000 in damages was done to both cars including cigarette burns, broken side mirrors, grease, trash etc. BGMC denied damaging anything and tried to say it was all there when they picked them up. The pick up was such a hassle, I had already flown across country when they actually picked up the cars. UFA did not help me AT ALL after my transfer was completed. I requested my $300 fee back from them since they did not do anything as promised. I have been emailing Carolina (the Operations Manager and top person at UFA) for 4 months with NO response.

    Watch out for the “bait n switch”! They will take a $200.00 deposit, and then ask for $300.00 OVER and above the quoted amount. I wasted close to a month on waiting for a transporter to ship my vehicle. What a headache! They kept changing dates on me, buying themselves more time, told me they had a “driver” but could not give me details or a conformation. I wish they could have just been honest and told me they could not find a driver in the time frame that I needed!They even told me at one point that they thought my truck was a car. WoW! People….PLEASE look them up on the BBB, they are not accredited due to the many many complaints filed against them…and have only been in business for 18 months with a HORRIBLE BBB record!

  10. TERRIBLE COMPANY! I contacted them to ship my vehicle last year. They told me it would take 72 hours for pick up and then 5 days for drop off. 72 hours came and past….no phone call and driver. But of course they charged my credit card their $200 deposit! FRAUD COMPANY! The manager was a piece of work. Carolina was her name. Never called me back and refused to take my calls.

    Do yourself a favor, and drive your car yourself.

    I deeply appreciate the services from United Freight of America. They handled our car with car. We received a quote from a variety of auto transport companies and after speaking with United Freight of America we decided to go with them for a few reasons. Their prices were reasonable and they explained everything in detail. They were very patient with us and answered every question we had. We moved our auto from Minnesota to California for a good price and nothing was dirty, broken, or damaged. We will use them again for future car transportation.

    Thank you UFA Services for Moving the Family Car

    United Freight of America moved our family car across state and it was not damaged. They were one of the best prices we found and they were very nice in handling our paper work. There was nothing wrong with the car when it came to the new location. The only down fall was that it was half a day late. The nice lady said it might be between a certain time and she was right. We wanted it to be early but they did not lie to us. They told us it would be there at a certain time and it came a little late because of traffic. Overall we are happy with there service and we would use them again because they were patient with us and answered all the questions along the way.

    My wife and I just moved from Bombay to Florida and shipped our car with this company for a great price. We have a small Toyota car that we shipped over for a little over 2,000 with tax and insurance included. We were happy to ship it because we saved a lot of money by not selling and re-buying another car. This company can help you with everything and it is easy to ship.

    I was lured into scheduling with this company due to their relatively cheap quote (which they later increased the price of). This is my story:

    I scheduled my pickup for 7/28 with the stipulation that my car would be picked up +/- 72 hrs (3 days), David F (from the scheduling “department”) gave me a verbal guarantee that it would be done. I had an absolute deadline of 7/31 for pickup (my lease on the property was expiring). I get a call mid-day on 7/28 (warning number 1, they didn’t even find a carrier until the DAY OF pickup) saying they had found a carrier, but it would cost an additional $50 (original quote was $300, revised quote was $350, an increase of 17 percent). I said that was fine, as long as it was picked up by 7/31. They said it would definitely be picked up by then, and I had nothing to worry about. On 7/29 I received a phone call saying that the carrier had broken down, but it would still definitely be picked up by 7/31, and most likely it would be picked up by 7/30. Aimee (from the dispatch “department”) said she would call me back by the day’s end to confirm they had a carrier. About 5:30PM I started to worry because I had not received a call back (warning number 2), so I tried to call them but they had all left for the weekend. Mid-day 7/30 I still had not heard anything from the company, so I tried to call them again. After about 5 hours of trying every extension the company’s phone line offered, I realized that NO ONE at this company WORKS ON THE WEEKEND (warning number 3). Seeing as I had 24 hours left to remove my car from the property or else face penalties for breaching my lease, I had to go with another company (The Car Transporters, totally worth the extra money). I FINALLY received a call back about noon on 8/1 (3 days after my last contact) saying that they had found another carrier that would pick it up by 8/2 (5 days after the stated pick-up date and 2 days after the deadline date).

    I requested a refund, seeing as there were no services exchanged between myself or the company. David F gave me the line, “You should’ve waited until Monday. Since you cancelled within 4 days of the service date you don’t get a refund.” They have my money, why should they care? Right? It’s all-to-easy to forget the verbal commitments you make to your customers when all you see is dollar signs.

    Do NOT trust this company to pick up your car anywhere NEAR the date you request. It seems as if they do not even start looking for a carrier until the day before the actual pick-up date. This company claims that customer service is a “top priority,” but DO NOT believe it. They will act like they care until they have your deposit, then they sit back and slack off when they should be working on your order, ensuring their customers are treated with respect and dealt with honestly. They do NOT work on the weekends, they do NOT work after 5PM, and this means that your order is processed VERY SLOWLY, IF AT ALL. They DO NOT care about deadlines and they have NO COMPASSION for their customers.

    Pay the extra money and go with a 5 star rated company (on transportreviews.com), it’s well worth the extra customer service and peace of mind that your property is looked after correctly.

    DO not trust them. They never pick up your car. They will delay your car on purpose, when you realize they will never pick up your car and decide to calling for cancel, they will tell you, the down payment is non-refundable, if you cancel later than that, there will be another 150 dollars extra charge.
