1New Way Moving Services’ biggest problem are their poor counication skills. The only time they have responded to an email is before I gave them a deposit. I still do not have the car that I contracted them to transport, and they have given me false info on the carrier that is moving it.

5New Way Moving Services is a great company that really knows how to take care of their customers. I have used their services numerous times and I have never been unsatisfied with them. I always use Cynthia Castro for all of my quotes and bookings. Cynthia is a very professional woman that works hard at what she does and is always there to help. She has always returned all of my messages, and is an absolute joy to work with. Words can’t explain how great of a job she does as well as her company. I’ve never had a late pick up and all of my deliveries have been on time. I’ve even had another company that lied to me and told me they could have me picked up by a certain date then wouldn’t return my phone calls, upon calling Cynthia and making her aware of my situation she had my vehicle picked up within 3 days and kept my owners happy. I would recommend New Way Moving Services and Cynthia Castro to anyone. If you’re looking for a professional company that is here for the customer and not just the dollar signs then New Way Moving Services is for you. I Guarantee that you will be happy with the end result. Cynthia’s extension to her desk is 103 and as I stated above if she don’t answer leave a message and she will be sure to return it.

5I got many quotes on moving car but I started to get suspicious of the very low prices being given and I heard stories about how the vehicle was never picked up or the broker raised the price- I finally went with New Way Moving Services…they are open 7 days a week and I worked with Scott- he ALWAYS returned my phone call and email in a timely manner, even on the weekends….the car arrived fast and in excellent condition…..New Way is the ONLY way!.

5I paid a deposit to another Company on 2/4/2010 & as of 2/15/2010 the vehicle that I purchased was still sitting in Virginia. I was contacted by New Way Moving Services & they told me that they would pickup my vehicle on 2/16/2010 & would have it delivered to me in Ohio on 2/17/2010 & I told them to do it but I would not pay a deposit until the person from whom I bought it from told me that it was loaded on the truck & on it’s way& within 2hrs from that phone call it was on the truck & on it’s way.
Everyone within the company that I dealt with from the first person that I talked to (Cynthia) to the Truck Driver( Tony) was very Professional & Honest & they did what they said they would do & that is all that anyone could ask for.
I will continue to use this company in the future & I would Highly Recomend that if you need something transported you consider them as well.

1This company is a total mistake, Mis lead from the get go. My son-in-law and was being shipped out to afganistan and with enough stress going on they didnt need anymore hassel going on.I tried to call and atlked to the dispatch,they were too busy to answer the phone .so some very roud non american lady called me back and right out of the gate started to make accusation of my daughter being in the wrong. when i tried to talk to her she would not be quite and listen to me.Said we lost her deposit and not picking up her Tahoe.I will report the company over to the Better Business Bureau,along with any other company nation wide of their busy practices…………………..

1Beware…Scott Benkal Took my deposit ,quoted a pickup time of 2 to 7 days,4 weeks later after about 40 phone calls always unreturned the new owner got a reputable company to get the car.
I tried to get my $150 deposit back but no luck,Scott Benkal does not return my emails or phone calls.I am a pensioner and can ill afford to have my money taken , I have reported him to the Miami District attorney for fraud against the elderly.
Avoid this company like the plague!

New Way Moving Services is SUCKS!
I advice to everyone whoever read this PLEASE do not try to go to this company.
This company collected my deposit 145 dollars and promised me that my car will be ship within 7 days. After 8 days, they told me I need to wait for another 4 days. Yet, they still change their tone from guarantee my car will be shipped to…”we are not sure and we can’t guarantee you.” The worst part is, if they said I am welcome to go for another shipping company, but I will not be able to get refund for all my deposit.
Basically, I think this company is cheating. Moreover, the lady who speak to me over the phone, never say a single word to “apologize”. None at all. She never feel sorry, she never seems to be apologize for this bad situation.
Therefore, I give this company for minus minus 5 stars !
I advice everyone !! DO NOT GO FOR NEW WAY MOVING SERVICES !
THEY ARE REALLY SUCKS. They do nothing but taking your deposit money.

1The worst transaction I ever had to deal with in my life! They quote me $425 to transport a non running car from Ohio to Delaware and I instantly give them a deposit, started on June 4th and by June 15 there is no plan to pick up the car. they have no trucks and are just a broker for $125 fee and it goes on a national board for truckers. I asked for a refund and Rachel says it has not been 4 days yet although it is nearing 2 weeks. I tell her I have no time for this stupidity and she tells me as she is getting loud that she will not continue to talk to me if I use this profanity???? Hangs up on me, a man answers when i call back and he says I heard you threaten her and hangs up on me!Although they made me sign the contract they have no duty in their minds to honor the quote and now I know I will not get my deposit back and guess i need to pay more which wll only go to the trucker anyway or this will go on for ever! Meanwhile the woman I bought the car from is threatening me beacuse the car is still there! The dispatcher was still talking to me and i bluntly ask her how much more it will cost to pick up the car and it was $200 more, I figured instead of loosing $125 deposit and starting over I will pay the $200 more. The car is picked up the next day by an unregistered truck that the winch broke on while loading, the car arrives 2 days later and a friend had to drive up on the trailer with a suburban and “walk” the car down the ramp or it was stuck up there!They mis quote the price and play games for 2 weeks and honor nothing in a contract I signed. DO NOT EVER USE NEW WAY, this was basically a junk parts car and if it was a restored car I really would have been screwed. they are unproffessional, rude and dishonest!!

1.5Everything seemed ok from the start. After receiving my deposit they would not return any phone calls or emails. Car was said to have been picked up the next day but that never happened. I was leaving to go on vacation and wanted to make sure they didn’t try and deliver the vehicle while i was out of town. After three attempts to contact them i had to make sure my car wasn’t going to be stranded like my phone call were! Also if they do not pick your car up they still keep your deposit!
