    The booking process was slow-moving at the start and there were several promised phone calls that were not returned, especially by the carrier delivering my vehicle. However, I did receive my vehicle within the expected time frame, with no damage. I expected the shipping to be a hassle, but it turned out to be relatively easy and the ladies at Angels Moving Autos were very helpful and kind.

    I called Angels Monday August 2nd, I needed to have a car shipped to Texas by August 15th no later. I was told that was no problem, as long as I paid an “extra $100, I would knock a car off another truck, to be picked up earlier.” I was told my pickup would be on the 5th or 6th of that week, and If I didnt pay the extra $100 it would probably be picked up early the following week.

    I agreed and paid the extra $100. Order total was $850.

    Come Monday the 9th I didnt hear from Angels, therefore I called them, told them I still didnt have a carrier assigned, and my car was never picked up. I was put on hold, then the woman got back on the phone and said we found you a carrier, they will come tommorrow, Tuesday August 10th, and it will be delieverd in Texas the following Monday.

    I had no other choice to accept, even though I NEEDED it by Sunday, hence the whole reason I paid $850. I was told there is nothing they can do, and they WILL NOT refund me by extra $100.

    Fine.

    Come Tuesday, I didnt hear from the “driver” of the assigned company, so I called them, left a voicemail no response. Called Angels, they said the driver will come, the best we can do is just call. I pulled this company up online, “Monzon Auto Transport,” and they had 2 bad reviews in the last few months. Now its 4pm Tuesday, still no phone call, nothing. I called Angels again, they said theres nothing they can do, the driver will come. I asked Sarah to call me either way before they left the office.
    No phone call back from Sarah, no phone call from the driver and no car pickup.

    Now its Wednesday August 11th, and I still didnt hear from Angels. So 2pmET I CALL THEM, to find out what there doing, and tell them the driver never came yesterday, and I still had my car The same car that was going to be picked up last week and delieverd to Texas by Sunday the 15th.You think they would have called me Wednesday morning, will an apology and a different carrier. NO. NOTHING.

    The lady tells me “we are working on it, and trying to find you a different carrier, and your my number 1 priority, and will contact you back.”

    Absolute joke. These people show no remorse, they can care less that my car was never picked up, booked me late, with a bogus company, that never even showed up. Thanks to Angels, my car was never picked up, they did not call me once. I must have callled them at least 10 times the last 2 days, and was just told “your on the board, the driver will show up.”

    Disgrace of a company. DO NOT USE THEM EVER.

    I asked for my depost refunded, and to cancel my order with a confirmation emil. I WILL make sure of this, and will post an update.

    We switched to Angels 6 months ago and have had fantastic service. The quote comes within minutes of calling on the phone.
    I have moved cars in the pouring down rain to the heaviest snow with them and have No problems any time. The ladies answering on the phone are the best in the business. This company is definately the one stop shop for transportation.

    We called a day in advance to schedule the delivery to Spokane, the transporter was at the shop waiting for us. The car was delivered to the customer the very next morning, clean as a whistle and No headaches.

    We spoke to Sara on 11/9 2 days later as promissed the transporter was in Allen Park Mi in the freezing temperatures. Sara called to confirmed the cars were picked up and low and behold the cars arrived a day ahead of schedule. We received the best service and the best quote and did not have to wait for anything Thats service folks !!!!!!

    I would rather rip out my eye balls than to ever have to deal with any of the people at Angels ever again. After I paid them $395 to hire a company to ship our car from Canada to the U.S, they talked me into paying an extra $520.15 to have all the paper work done to make sure the car came across the border with no problems. Well, the car was picked up before the paper work was done. I was then notified that it could not come into the U.S without an airbag so the person Angels hired told me to just take a picture of a car with an airbag in it that no one will notice! I decided to just get an airbag installed which is a lot of work. Angels refused to talk to me or my wife once they knew everything was messed up. Neither one of us was hostile or even unpleasant until they refused to talk to us.

    I hired Angels on June 27th. It is now November 11th and the car is still in Canada! The airbag issue was fixed early in July. The incompetent carrier that picked the car up now says they don’t even deliver to S. Carolina! They also left the keys in the car and left it unlocked. The car got stolen the end of November. The Police found it abandon on a dirt road and said it had been there for over a week. As of last week impound fees alone are over $1000!

    Angels Moving still won’t issue a refund even though they’re in breach of contract yet any time we try to write a review they say we are not a customer. They really know how to keep thier ratings up!

    I’ve used this company twice and, while it got my vehicle to the place I wanted it, my recent move involved the single-worst customer support experience I’ve ever had.

    Dina, the company’s owner, seems to believe that it doesn’t matter how terrible she treats her customers as long as the vehicle arrives in good condition. We called her yesterday to receive an update on the status of my vehicle, as we’d been dealing with some issues (the transporters truck broke down for a few days mid-transit). After reasonably requesting an update on the status of our valuable possession (it’s a car, it costs a non-trivial amount of money, we’re right to want to know where it is), Dina flew off the handle and snapped at us.

    At this point, my mother was taken aback and pushed back on Dina’s extraordinarily disrespectful tone and language, which seemed to infuriate this woman even more. She finally relented and decided to bring on the transporter point of contact. As soon as this man got on the call, Dina dropped this bomb, with my mother able to hear all of this:

    “I have this rude, obnoxious customer on the line. She’s probably fat and ugly.”

    This is no joke. She said this verbatim. I do customer support for a living and I would be fired before I finished the call if I said something like this.

    Dina, then texted me, insulting my mother further. My girlfriend and father were both present for this call and corroborated my mother’s story; Dina was vile and rude on the call.

    I called Dina today to demand an apology for the astoundingly terrible behavior she portrayed and she accused my family and my girlfriend of being liars and insinuated that it doesn’t make any difference how terrible she was to us because the car arrived fine.

    Do not use this company. I was thinking about posting the name of the carrier here as they did a decent job getting the car over (though they did arrive for pickup two days early; royally screwing up my entire week), but any business that would associated themselves with such an awful manager should not receive your business. Dina appears to have some issues dealing with people; go ahead and check other review sites. You’ll note that among the good reviews (likely from people that didn’t ask Dina any “rude” questions such as “May I have a status update on my vehicle?) there are many that point out that Dina may be a borderline sociopath. Avoid at all costs.
