5The overall experience I’ve had with this company was very pleasing. I originally called in spoke with a person by the name of Mike who handled my call with a professional demeanor. Well spoken, easy to understand, and very courteous is what I look for when doing business. I had several cars in mind that possibly needed transporting and select dates were provided as well as optional quotes. I only had one car transported but I will surely use this company again.
Customer service and price are very important to me in a company which is why I went with All Day Auto Transport. I was promised a delivery window of five days and they delivered. I highly recommend!

1.5ATTENTION: This review is based on my actual opinion of dealing with All Day Auto Transport.
Day 1: Kind man named Chris, incuraged me to make a deposit for a quick pick up! I was a sucker and signed a contract. I never spoke with kind Chris again, never, ever!?
Day 2-28: Very little contact from All Day Transport, they never returned any of my pone calls and caused me a lot of effort to get any response at all. Continuous broken promises of “it will be picked up in a matter of days.” All information from them was misleading.
UPDATE: This vehicle was never picked up. The only thing ever picked up was the money out of my bank account. Unprofessional Service. Do your homework. Avoid at all costs. Read all reviews, this company has a history of scamming customers who work hard for their money. I hate to be negative but what I hate more is being taking advantage of.

1.8Take your money first so they can get the job done quick,but really it because if you knew they wouldn’t be picking the car up for weeks.. You would use some one else.Wish I did!!!

1.5HORRIBLE! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have been trying to get reimbursed on a cancellation since April. I have all the back up to prove I cancelled in the amount of time, have called and discussed with Daniel the manager, he approved it and said he was sending a check (in August!) and now when I call, the company won’t take my calls since they have caller ID. Daniel, the manager, and everyone there places me on hold and won’t come back on the line. It’s ridiculous. I complained to the BBB and now All Day is claiming that there are no refunds. Hello All Day – I have the proof you were in the wrong. We went through this two months ago and now their stance is ‘let’s ignore the customer’ instead of dealing with the issue.

5I went with a local company All Day Auto Transport in Coral Springs, Florida to ship my car to Beverly Hills. I just moved to California for work and needed transportation to get to my new job. A friend of mined used all day auto and im glad I heard about this transport company. The process was simple, I visited the office to sign the contract and it was very clean and all the reps seemed like they loved their job. The auto transporter that picked up my car was state of the art and the driver said he’s been moving vehicles for over 20 years. Look no further and call All Day Auto Transport if you need to ship a vehicle any where in the country and you’ll be happy you did! 5 Stars
