The drivers never showed up. They were never able to give me a day or time for pickup of my truck. They were quick to take my deposit, but took a month get refund. Would not give me a full refund. They I had to reschedule 2 flights, and then cancel them, because driver never showed. I ended up having to drive my truck myself. The lady told me to leave my car at hotel and go catch flight. They would pick up my truck. Are you serious. MILITARY Personel DO NOT USE this company. I have filed a report with JAG. It has been 6 months, and I am still getting the run around on a refund. I have been calling and the same lady answers the phone, and for 6 months she has been telling me, that they are working on it. Seems funny how fast they took my money. Its all about principle now. They could have just told me, Sir we took your money and we are not giving it back. I have served 3 TOURS in Iraq and I come home and get screwed by a company in my own country. WOW. I just hope no one else is getting robbed. Yes i have filed a complaint with JAG and the BBB. Service was poor. The drivers never showed up. He has spoken to someone name Connie several times and she has promised that they would give him $125.00 of his monies back and this all started in December 2010 and he has yet to get a refund. This Connie woman is so rude that she says that she should sue him because he wants his money back and he keeps calling them ( she is CRAZY). They are a SCAM & A FRAUD. I also checked and they are not members of the BBB, I also think that she works from her home. I talked to her also and she is definitely the one to be called so choice names. I told him that he would never get his money back that she used it to but Christmas gifts.
