lier, racist, rude, ignorant. this is the email he send me after claming he own a 2011 austin martin db9 and 2013 911 but he is crying for 250 that Mr. Michael Cobb the owner of a 1966 corvette, refuses to pay because he was lie to. he lie to us telling us he was only making 50 and to help him transport this vehicle for 450 as carrier he decided to help him but is the wrost mistake we ever made.

I am active duty military currently stationed in arizona. I don’t have the time to fly home to seattle and drive my car down so I was looking into having it shipped. I input my information on some website for quotes on how much it would cost. Bill contacted me the very next day. At first was polite but very pushy for personal information. I told him I had stuff to figure out first before I could do any of that and was just looking for a quote. After this he proceded to spam the hell out of my inbox with email. I eventually got sick of it and asked him to stop. He then continued sending me emails insulting me and making crude sexual remarks.Here is the email conversation (also after posting this review on another site he called me from an unblocked number to yell at me):

Bill Averich is an idiot

I started a general inquiry into the transportation of a vehicle I had recently purchased and was contacted through email by Mr. Averich. When I replied that I already had everything taken care of I was bombarded with completely unprofessional language and then he proceeded to call my home at 10:00 pm and reiterate the email, as well as attempt to make fun of my name.

I responded by email that “..I did not appreciate being called at home so late at night, nor was I the one handling shipping, the dealer was and that I’d put the car in a JB Hunt van and have a crack head drive it out here rather than put it on your truck now. Good marketing move on your end.”

He replied in a new email with the subject “YOU SUCK”: “You are a f**king retard. Why don’t you just push that piece of sh*t off a cliff and jump inside the trunk before you do? That’s the best idea yet. With a name like “(___)”, you definitely take it up the ass.” And then he sent a second one before I could reply to the first. “Then you should drive it yourself, since you need a crack-head behind the wheel.”

Is there a 13 year old running this company?? If this is the way Mr. Averich obtains customers, I’m shocked to see he is still in business.

Why don’t you take a class on Communicating in the Workplace Bill, I’m sure there is a junior college around you somewhere..

I know customer service has gone to crap in this country, but this is ridiculous.

I went online for quotes on shipping my vehicle when I move. He e-mailed me with quotes which were up to more than twice what several other carriers had quoted me. When I sent a response telling him thank you, but I’ve decided to go with another carrier, the owner/president of this company started verbally insulting me, accusing me of lying, and spamming my email from his iPhone even after I had asked him nicely to not contact me any longer. He refused and continued to insult me and spam my email. I wouldn’t put it past him to be putting the positive reviews on all of the sites by himself. If you read the posts above, the speech patterns are the same and abusiveness to other reviewers is present in the positive reviews. I shop by customer service and will most definitely warn anyone who uses this man’s business to beware. Here are my emails and his responses, after which he sent me an additional 7 emails, He has removed a review I put on http://www.transportreviews.com and immediately after proceeded to spam me with an additional 8 e-mails. Poor sport? You decide:

I have had 27 cars shipped over the last 3 years. All went without a hitch. Newmans is one of the best. This most recent route was outside of their area. I went online and looked for another shipper. As most of you well know, the system with brokers is at best, a bad one. Most of them, while aggressive are just chasing a buck.
Bill Avrich of My Transport Connection is a whole different animal.
And describing him as an animal is an everest sized insult to all animals.
This person is insane. He claims his company has their own trucks, that they do millions in business, that they ship all over the world, etc etc etc.
IT IS ALL LIES.
Willaim Avrich works out of his garage and uses a cell phone. All the bravado is baloney.
This is a disturbed man. Google him. He nearly got arrested an National City Bank, read those stories, you will die. Lokk online for him, his own personal posts are nothing short of hysterical.
This is a man with massive issues and problems, in need of some anger management, and lastly is likely mentally ill.

Bill at Transport Connection was great. He explained the process, didn’t collect any fees or ask for credit card information until he confirmed a carrier and pickup time window, and kept in contact with me throughout the process. I was scammed out of $150 by another broker. Bill explained to me that a lot of transport brokers are con artists, that care nothing about helping their “customers” move their vehicles – they only want to lock you into some kind of contract so that they can get your “deposit” money and then they disappear. After my experience, I believe this to be true.

I firmly believe that Bill is an honest businessman in whom you can place your trust. My experience with Bill/Transport Connection was GREAT, and I will use him again if I ever need to move a vehicle in the future.

This company is probably a scam!! The owner is down right rude and does not know how to run a business. He calls people at all hours of the morning. And more than likely he will curse at you. His credentials do not match up. You can look up his LinkedIN profile: William Avrich…and it states he is a Pepperdine Law graduate. I seriously doubt someone with a law degree is going to be in the transportation industry, and least of all have no manors. He phone number is for New York. His “company” is in Florida. His “college” was in Cali. He is not really registered with the BBB, and can not be found in the yellowpages. All consumers beware.
