She assured me the vehicle would be picked up in 3-4 days and delivered in 3-4 days. I thought great. After I paid the deposit I never heard from them. I called and called no answer, no returned calls from messages. I sent several emails and the few times I did receive a response they always had and excuse as to why the vehicle hadn't been picked up or that would be picked up in 1-2 days. They couldn't even provide contact information for the driver they supposedly booked. I wound up having to file a dispute with my credit card company. Steer clear of these people. They AREN'T a transport company, only brokers and fail at that too. They will take your money and not deliver any results. Scam company-

I finally gave up and placed the order online and received a call back immediately to tell me it's being handed over to dispatch. Haven't heard from them since. Don't try to save the $100-200 they underquote because you won't get any service and it's not worth it. The funny part of the story is that they called me back at the number I had been calling them from unsuccessfully (caller ID) and not the number I put on the order I placed with them (cell phone). I needed the car moved ASAP so I found another driver to pick my car. If you want aggrevation and headaches use Silva. If you want a reliable company - stay clear from Silva. These guys promise you fast pickup and delivery times when taking your order. Once they took my deposit that was the last time I heard from them.
