He presented the complete scenario to me, MY FIRST TRUCKING HAUL. I received several other quotes and explanations, but Jason spelled it out for me about NO DEPOSITS and all the other little tricks that some of these pull with hidden fees and cancellation charges. He was excellent in helping me price my delivery and within a day I had a hit! I hadnt even settled with the seller on the other end yet, Jason was so effective. I settled that issue and we had another hit within a couple days, for MY BID. The trucking company used = Carrier: Lighthouse Logistics w/Carrier Contact Name 1: Robert as the driver; they were just as phenomenal as Rite Way was... Robert called me and kept me abreast of where he was and when he would get here... I was completely pleased with the whole process... THere is NO BETTER Broker nor Delivery group you can find, amybe as good??? but NONE BETTER! Jason is THE MAN especially for new clients. I was real disappointed in everyone of the others trash talking just to get my business, yet they all required deposits UPFRONT, cancellation fees etc Rite Way makes it FAIR and EASY to commit w/o any UPFRONT deposits and you only put up when you approve the driver, RITE Ways portion. the remaining portion goes to the driver, by either the shipper of receiver. My car was never picked up and it cost me over $500 to rent a car and make other plans. They were rude and very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and call a real auto transport company.
