I encourage everyone to go after these scammers. Don’t use the BBB they really cant do any thing and have no powers, believe me I’ve tried it and it’s a waste of time. What are we paying them for anyways? They take down your complaint and then contact the company. After the BBB contacted (one stop auto previously "ADAT") for me they just told them that they would pay me back in full, and then never did, and the BBB cant do anything about it. Instead call the FL Attorney General at 850-414-3300, and file a complaint. Don’t let them redirect you because One Stop Auto is a transport company, because One Stop Auto isn't, they are scam artist who serve as a "broker" between us and the truckers. They take your deposit and then don’t deliver the product; and what are you going to do about it - travel to FL to take them to small claims court, not likely. They are betting that we will just give up after a while so they flood these review sites with excellent reviews that are obviously fabricated, give out low low bids, and take your deposit and run. I also encourage people to contact this website and report the fabricated comments. I am running out of avenues to go after these guys so please report them to the Attorney General and let me know if you get anywhere or if you have any other ideas.
