OMG cant believe they can get 5*.
1. DONT LET ANYONE TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT BEFORE THEY PICK UP THE CAR
2. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT, ASK FOR MORE MONEY TO MOVE IF NOT STOP RESPONDING YOUR REQUESTS TO REMOVE FROM AUTO TRANSPORT BOARD OR DEPOSIT BACK
3. DONT BE AFRAID TO FILE CREDIT FRAUD TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK, THATS THE ONLY WAY OUT.

Had good experience. Quote was resonable. Robert my customer service rep. was very friendly and helpful, both when disccusing the quote and service and confirming the order. The driver called on route to confirm delivery and when I accidentally deleted the driver’s cell phone number I phone Robert and he had the number immediately. Delivery was quick (actually sooner than I had expected). The driver was very friendly and the car was in great shape.

Overall, I was very pleased.

I called New Way needing my car moved asap. I was hesitant at first because I was screwed over by the company I hired before. But I took a chance they gave me a price for a 3 day window and my car got picked up the very next day. Best moving service.

We will be joining the class action lawsuit, if someone is leading it (see post above).

New Way provided my friend (we were moving together) a quote in the email that was different (much more) than on the phone. The guy (Robert) took his credit card number saying it was needed to generate the quote. My pal is still kicking himself for giving it but this piece of #$%@ is a smooth operator. We saw the quote a few minutes later in my email, and emailed back saying it was unacceptable and we will not go with them. No response for a few hours. We called up Robert and left a message that as per earlier email, we would not be using New Way.

Forgot about it all, ended up moving a day later than planned. 2 weeks later, a charge shows up on the credit card bill for several hundred bucks from New Way. We call Robert and leave a voicemail again, no response. So we contest the charge with the credit card company. Then a few days later someone from New Way calls and says we had booked and confirmed the truck, and “they hadn’t received our voicemails and emails”. So we asked, where was the truck? So this 2nd piece of #$%@ says, why is that important now, you have moved already. We say, “Because you have put a $500 charge on our credit card!”. This person then disappears.

Saga ongoing… avoid these guys like the plague.

the worst company ever. they just charge your credit card and no service and no refund, it is a fraud bussiness. Don’t be fool for the price, after a few days, they will call you and ask for 20% more.

Thank you New Way for moving my vehicle. I called them last minute to pick up my car after i had booked with another company that never picked up my vehicle. They quoted me a very affordable price and had my car picked up after 2 days of making the reservations. I was really stressed by thinking that my vehicle would never get picked up, and trusting another company was pretty difficult but New Way fulfilled what the had offered and i cant thank them enough.

I have moved with other companies before and let me tell you, nothing can compare to the services provided by this company. They are wonderful and tell you everything up front, no hidden charges or fees. They are real, honest, and reliable. I trust them 100% and they have my word, any other car that I need to have moved, I will always use their services, and definitely recommend their services to everyone I know.

New way moving services is beyond excellent, they provided me with the most exceptional service I could ever imagine. I moved my car from CA to MN and they did it for a price that was within MY budget. Not only did they charge me a very reasonable price, But they had my car picked up the next day and had it delivered in a timely manner. I cant thank them enough for helping me move my vehicle and making this a very enjoyable move. Thank you so much new way!

Everything seemed ok from the start. After receiving my deposit they would not return any phone calls or emails. Car was said to have been picked up the next day but that never happened. I was leaving to go on vacation and wanted to make sure they didn’t try and deliver the vehicle while i was out of town. After three attempts to contact them i had to make sure my car wasn’t going to be stranded like my phone call were! Also if they do not pick your car up they still keep your deposit!

Beware…Scott Benkal Took my deposit ,quoted a pickup time of 2 to 7 days,4 weeks later after about 40 phone calls always unreturned the new owner got a reputable company to get the car.
I tried to get my $150 deposit back but no luck,Scott Benkal does not return my emails or phone calls.I am a pensioner and can ill afford to have my money taken , I have reported him to the Miami District attorney for fraud against the elderly.
Avoid this company like the plague!

This company is a total mistake, Mis lead from the get go. My son-in-law and was being shipped out to afganistan and with enough stress going on they didnt need anymore hassel going on.I tried to call and atlked to the dispatch,they were too busy to answer the phone .so some very roud non american lady called me back and right out of the gate started to make accusation of my daughter being in the wrong. when i tried to talk to her she would not be quite and listen to me.Said we lost her deposit and not picking up her Tahoe.I will report the company over to the Better Business Bureau,along with any other company nation wide of their busy practices…………………..

I paid a deposit to another Company on 2/4/2010 & as of 2/15/2010 the vehicle that I purchased was still sitting in Virginia. I was contacted by New Way Moving Services & they told me that they would pickup my vehicle on 2/16/2010 & would have it delivered to me in Ohio on 2/17/2010 & I told them to do it but I would not pay a deposit until the person from whom I bought it from told me that it was loaded on the truck & on it’s way& within 2hrs from that phone call it was on the truck & on it’s way.
Everyone within the company that I dealt with from the first person that I talked to (Cynthia) to the Truck Driver( Tony) was very Professional & Honest & they did what they said they would do & that is all that anyone could ask for.
I will continue to use this company in the future & I would Highly Recomend that if you need something transported you consider them as well.

I got many quotes on moving car but I started to get suspicious of the very low prices being given and I heard stories about how the vehicle was never picked up or the broker raised the price- I finally went with New Way Moving Services…they are open 7 days a week and I worked with Scott- he ALWAYS returned my phone call and email in a timely manner, even on the weekends….the car arrived fast and in excellent condition…..New Way is the ONLY way!.

New Way Moving Services is a great company that really knows how to take care of their customers. I have used their services numerous times and I have never been unsatisfied with them. I always use Cynthia Castro for all of my quotes and bookings. Cynthia is a very professional woman that works hard at what she does and is always there to help. She has always returned all of my messages, and is an absolute joy to work with. Words can’t explain how great of a job she does as well as her company. I’ve never had a late pick up and all of my deliveries have been on time. I’ve even had another company that lied to me and told me they could have me picked up by a certain date then wouldn’t return my phone calls, upon calling Cynthia and making her aware of my situation she had my vehicle picked up within 3 days and kept my owners happy. I would recommend New Way Moving Services and Cynthia Castro to anyone. If you’re looking for a professional company that is here for the customer and not just the dollar signs then New Way Moving Services is for you. I Guarantee that you will be happy with the end result. Cynthia’s extension to her desk is 103 and as I stated above if she don’t answer leave a message and she will be sure to return it.
