My only complaint was that we had to meet the driver at MIDNIGHT. He had a big deadline to be at the port in Houston the next day with three other vehicles. If we didn't meet him that night at midnight, our vehicle would have gone all the way to Houston and back. We would have had to wait about 3-4 more days. I wasn't thrilled about meeting him in the middle of the night, but I didn't want my car on the truck that long. The driver was very nice and he took very good care of the vehicle.
